A platform for online courses
ReHousing’s courses are designed to support early-stage feasibility and regulatory understanding for gentle density projects.
They are not intended to replace the expertise of a professional. Instead, they guide participants in assessing opportunities and constraints so they can be more informed when they meet with architects, planners, or builders.

Introduction to Site Feasibility Course
We built the self-guided online course Introduction to Site Feasibility for the Ontario Home Builders Association (OHBA). The course was developed as part of the OHBA’s Futures Faster program, an Employment Ontario program funded in part by the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario.
It is now available to the public!
We are offering the course at a discounted price for the month of July 2026 using this discount code: TRY2026. After July it will be $39 CAD.

Course Overview
Introduction to Site Feasibility Studies equips prospective multiplex developers (home builders, renovators, and property owners) with the knowledge and tools to rapidly assess whether a residential lot is suitable for a multiplex conversion.
Participants gain a clear understanding of the policy context, possible project types, regulations, and information required to complete a basic site feasibility study.
The course has three modules:
Module 1 - Introduction to Gentle Density & Feasibility Studies
Module 2 - Understanding the Regulations
Module 3 - Conducting a High-Level Site Feasibility Study
