Listings by House Type
Real estate listings were selected from a city-wide sample as examples of the thirteen identified common house types. In our survey, we sought to identify listings in diverse locations across the city, and across a range of price points. The real estate listings can provide detailed information about the property, from lot size to the type of mechanical systems used. While the sale price of each house is a snapshot of the market at a specific point in time and is not necessarily representative of the current valuation of the house, it provides insight into price points for different housing types.
These selected listings provide measured floor plans which were used to generate the floor plans, and 3D models as the starting point for each design exercise.
